Dual Designation

Dual program designation is available for students pursuing the same program degree. Students should make declaration of dual designation by filling out an application form.

1. Please download and complete an Application Form of Dual Designation.
2. Please submit the form to the UG Coordinator of your major department in person.
3. After you get approval from your major department, please submit the form to the UG Coordinator of your second major department for approval signature.
4. If your form is approved by the both departments, please submit the form to the Executive Office of your major department.
5. The form will be sent to the school by the major department and a confirmation of approval letter will be sent to the applicant by the ARRO.
